Following the agreed risk management plan, our team oversees an appropriate response to all events verified through day-to-day monitoring, involving all appropriate third parties. The Control Room can also estimate losses and detail them in a full report.
If a technical claim is made against a supplier in the case of component failure, we oversee the process, following up the ordering and prompt delivery of replacement parts.
Control Room remote operations enable 1st level troubleshooting, including safety checks to cut the risk of losses. Our team also provides ad hoc services taking total control of BESS assets, including remote operation of inverters and circuit breakers, setpoint operations and the administration of safety procedures coordinated with O&Ms for on-site works.
